The Full Council and planning committee meet once a month to cover the parish and planning business respectively. The Parish Council also occasionally receive reports from other committees for consideration. Where there is little to discuss around planning, this is added as an agenda item for the main meeting, instead of convening a separate meeting.
Symondsbury Parish Council promotes transparency and invites everyone in the local community to get involved.
Minutes of meetings are approved at the next full meeting meaning they will typically be posted around four weeks after the meeting has taken place. Agendas go up in advance.
